Customer Reviews
Smooth order, great product
I decided to try Save Trees after seeing an ad for their plastic-free options. I placed an order for the eco-friendly household kit, which included bamboo toilet paper, paper towels, and facial tissues. The ordering process on their website was straightforward and simple to navigate. I opted for the subscription for a 10% discount, which applied easily at checkout. Shipping was free and arrived in about 6 days. All the products were packaged in recyclable cardboard, no plastic anywhere, which was a big plus for me. The bamboo toilet paper is surprisingly soft for being bamboo, and the paper towels are quite absorbent for spills. I'm really happy with the quality and the convenience. Customer service didn't need to be contacted, as everything went smoothly. I appreciate finding a brand that aligns with my values.
Good product, minor shipping issue
I ordered a bulk box of their 3-ply bamboo toilet paper. The product itself is really good, soft enough and definitely feels sturdy. I like that it's plastic-free. The subscription model seems convenient. However, my first box took about 8 days to arrive, which was a bit longer than I expected for a household essential. The packaging was great though, everything arrived intact.
Love these products
I tried Save Trees bamboo facial tissues, and they are fantastic! So soft and strong, much better than regular tissues. I was really impressed with the quality and knowing they're good for the planet is a huge bonus. I'll definitely be buying these again, and I'm going to tell my friends about them. So glad I found this brand!
Good, but not super soft
I bought the 2-ply bamboo toilet paper. It's okay. Not as soft as I hoped, but it is strong. Shipping was average. I appreciate the tree-free aspect.
Easy switch, good stuff
Switched over to their bamboo toilet paper from my usual brand. It was an easy process online to set up the subscription. The toilet paper arrived pretty quickly, maybe 5 days, and it feels just as good as what I used before, maybe even softer. I like knowing it's better for the environment without having to sacrifice quality. Will stick with this.
